I am Cecília Costa, passionate about life, my family, and everything I set out to do with heart. Today, I dedicate my work to education and human development. I believe in genuine exchange, teaching with purpose, and sharing experiences with those who are open to transformation.
My Journey
I am Cecília Costa, founder of the Satir School for Personal Transformation. My journey has been marked by multiple experiences — in the corporate world, in education, in coaching, and in human development — but with a clear guiding thread: listening to my intuition.
I started my career at age 13 and have been on the move ever since. I've worked for large companies like Ford Brazil, where I spent many years in areas such as logistics, human resources, and continuous improvement. Later, I immersed myself in process consulting and leadership development, while always maintaining my pursuits in the therapeutic and spiritual fields.
Through training and experiences, I found in the Satir Model an approach that resonated deeply with my worldview. After being internationally certified as a Coach and Trainer in the Satir model by Sharon Loeschen and also by Eva Wieprecht, I founded the Satir School in 2022 — the first in Latin America affiliated with the Satir Global Network (USA) and the IHLRN — with the purpose of offering a safe and transformative space for the personal and emotional development of young people and adults.
Currently, I also teach technical courses for adults and teenagers and continue studying — pursuing further degrees such as Pedagogy, a Master's in Education, and another postgraduate degree in Education and Technology — to further expand my work in purposeful education.
My journey is alive and constantly evolving.
